Nirmal Agro Industries (India) Ltd. is a Public Ltd. Company incorporated in the year 2001 in the State of Kerala, India. The main objective of the company is to process various kinds of agricultural products especially fruits, vegetables and spices. The promoters of the company have association with farming communities and undertake a mission of serving the small and marginal farmers with the promotion of organic farming. The Canned Pineapple Processing Plant is a project of the Company which is being set-up at the KINFRA Export Promotion Industrial Parks at Cochin. Ashco Enterprises Inc. Utah, U.S.A. is the Joint Venture Partner of the project with Technology Transfer, USDA/FDA Standard Processing facility and marketing agreement.
